D.I.V.A. Sisterhood

Sandara Williams - D I V A SisterhoodDIVA Sisterhood is a group of sister's who are living there lives as Divine Inspiration for a Virtuous Attitude Sister's. We are striving to be the women that God will use to draw other women closer to Him. DIVA Sisterhood is committed to bringing clear biblical teaching to women in every walk of life, through our book club, conferences, retreats and worship services. Our goal is to let every sister know that it does not matter what has happened in your past or about past failures. God still has a special place for you and so do we in DIVA Sisterhood. We would love to embrace and welcome you to praying, praising, bonding, fellowship, fun and unconditional love from sister to sister. We also mentor teen girls, “The Young Diva” Mentoring/Enrichment Summer Program. Where the girls will be mentored in area of, attitude, self esteem, self care, etiquette and finances. This program will take place each summer, ending with completion ceremony.

DIVA Sisterhood will equip and empower all women to live by the Godly examples given in Proverbs 31.

  • A DIVA Sister has Jesus Christ as Lord of her life and pursues an ongoing, personal relationship with Him.
     
  • A DIVA Sister loves, honors and respects her husband as the head of the household. If she is single, she is waiting for God to send her husband.
     
  • A DIVA Sister nurtures her children and believes that motherhood is a high calling with the responsibility of shaping and molding the children who will one day represent who we are. She lives her life with positives examples for her children.
     
  • A DIVA Sister is disciplined and a keeper of the home who creates a warm and loving environment for her family and friends.
     
  • A DIVA Sister contributes to the financial well-being of her household by being a faithful steward of the time and money that God and her husband has entrusted to her.
     
  • A DIVA Sister speaks with wisdom and on her tongue is the law of kindness and pleasant words, as she mentors and supports other women and develops Godly friendships.
     
  • A DIVA Sister shares the love of Christ by extending her hands to help with the needs in the community. She often spends time assisting people who are in need with food, shelter and clothing.

Fellowships - DIVA Sisterhood will have fellowships, such as movie nights, dinner, shopping, retreats, conferences and prayer breakfasts.

Worship Service - DIVA Sisterhood has a quarterly worship service at churches in the surrounding communities. This is the time for us to come together in Prayer, Preaching and Praise. In DIVA Sisterhood there are many different churches represented, sisters of all ages, married, single, single moms, divorced and widowed, we come together in the worship service for one purpose, to lift up the name of Jesus.
